You will be instructed as to what is required of you throughout the session. Always communicate pain, discomfort or other concerns. A variety of music will generally be made available. It is your option if you wish to have music played during your massage. Conversing during the massage is acceptable, but excessive conversation may detract from the relaxation aspect of the massage. It is perfectly acceptable (and often desirable!) to fall asleep during your session.
